Chair Massage
Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.
I also do nursing home visits.
There is a $5 travel fee added to this for up to 15 miles then its $5 for each additional 10 miles

Your Time Massage
Your time, your massage!!!!! I let God guide my hands to helping you to heal. You tell me what you are expecting, and I will focus on that area or your whole body. Have a little FAITH, and I will help you feel better. I do not believe in the "NO PAIN NO GAIN" method, but I will help you better. Please don't think you will be FIXED in just one session, healing takes time. How much time? That is up to you and your body. Please note that I am not a Doctor or a healer; I can not cure or diagnose. I allow God to do what he does. Massage is tool to feeling better.
I will do any of the modalities in your time that you would like. Please see the ABOUT ME section for these modalities.

Electric Stones - These feel the same as Hot Stones, I can heat them up in 15 minutes
Hot Packs - Hot packs heat up the muscles rapidly so I can get DEEPER into the TISSUE. (Only available at Anytime Fitness)

Spa Treatments
Spa treatments can last from 90 min up.
Salt or Sugar Scrubs (aroma of your choice) or even a Mud bath. Pick your poison. After I apply your salt, sugar, or mud, you will relax in a plastic wrap inside a infrared sauna blanket up to 45 min. I will wipe you off with warm towels and then I will have you go shower off. When you come back I will massage you for 30 min with aroma oil and then finish it off with a SHEA BUTTER lotion.
